Megan Fox Biography
Megan Fox was born May 16, 1986 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to Darlene Tonachio and Franklin Foxx. Megan spent her early years in Rockwood, Tennessee, beginning her training in drama and dance at the age of 5. At age 10, Fox moved to St. Peterburg, Florida where she continued her training and finished school.
Fox began acting and modeling at the age of 13, and one her first movie role (Holiday in the Sun) at the age of 16. Her next big break came in the 2004 film Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, where she starred opposite Lindsay Lohan.
In 2007, Fox won the lead female role in Michael Bay’s Transformers – propelling her into the public eye. In 2009, she reprised her role as Mikaela Banes in a Transformers sequel – concurrent with the release of the film, Megan Fox was interviewed by ELLE magazine.
